To create a dynamic, well-rounded path to healing and personal growth Brooke uses a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Gestalt Therapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and somatic techniques. These approaches help clients process emotions, reframe thoughts, and connect more deeply with themselves.
Her clinical experience includes working with individuals diagnosed with substance use disorder, helping preteens manage self-regulation, and helping adults navigate life.
