I am Brooke, a trauma-informed therapist offering integrative, whole-person therapy for adults, adolescents, and preteens. I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond survival mode and begin healing on a deeper level mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. You bring your lived experience. I bring the tools, insight, and grounding support to help you create meaningful change.

I believe that therapy should address more than just symptoms it should support your entire being. That is why my work is rooted in the eight dimensions of wellness: emotional, physical, occupational, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental, and financial well-being.
Using a blend of evidence based techniques, mindfulness, and somatic work, I help clients reconnect with themselves, process trauma, regulate emotions, and build resilience.

Brainspotting – A powerful trauma-processing tool that works with the body and brain to release stuck emotional pain
Internal Family Systems (IFS-Informed) – A way to understand and heal the different “parts” of yourself
Mindfulness & Somatic Techniques – Grounding practices that bring awareness to your body and inner world
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – To shift thought patterns and build effective coping tools
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – To support emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal skills
Gestalt Therapy – For increasing self-awareness, embodiment, and authenticity
